Match report
Grannies batted first and made 165. We had several promising starts, Monty and Archie Clarke made a reasonable start and then Billy Maisey made an enterprising(20 ) off one over. Peter Pitt Brown played for the first time in 4 years and scored a steady 15.
They got off to a good start but after the fall of the first wicket three more quick wickets fell. Sadly we then dropped 4 and 6 when both were on 0. they took the score to within 10 runs when in a late burst 3 more wickets fell. Sadly we could not winkle the other three out and they past our score.
Excellent bowling from Archie Clarke backed up by Billy, Dan Chitty, Luke Rook, and Cameos from Darren Almieda and James Scott
